As a new brand at an established exhibition, Criterion wanted to make a big impact at the PLSA conference in Liverpool. Being in the same room as the biggest global names in the industry was a huge opportunity. We discussed using our interactive products and services to create as many conversations as possible.
The mini putting green, which was actually pink to fit with the branding and to raise money for Breast Cancer Now. It proved to be a great icebreaker. Over 10 per cent of delegates tried their hand at putting. Due to the competitive element, plenty of delegates returned over the three days of the event to try and better their score.
In terms of return on investment, I’d say that we thought it was a creative execution that gave us good value for money. The management of and the logistics were faultless. This inspired confidence to use at future events. – Matthew Dransfield
