The Delarue annual HR conference brought together HR professionals from all over the world. Over 5 days of workshops, presentations and meetings, it was essential to provide something for a largely female demographic during the downtimes and evenings.
After a long day of work and a dinner for all involved, we provided an 18 hole competition that pitched teams from Miami to Malta, Kenya to Sri Lanka and all across the UK against each other. A bit of prosecco and a high sign up brought a fiercely competitive evening (with astonishing amounts of cheating and imaginative team names) with more laughs than we’ve ever had.
In comparison to other activities, the mini golf competition engaged a larger number and a wider demographic of roles from assistants to directors. The informal setting in a 250-year-old hotel added a unique setting giving ownership over a memorable event and we would certainly recommend Putting Edge . Lisa Hurry – HR Director –
