The MAN2 Masters at Amazon Fulfillment , Warrington – Employee Engagement Case Study

The Challenge

With Amazon Fulfilment MAN2 being open for a matter of months, the time had come for their first engagement event. They decided to use the concept that had worked so well at other centre. But this time, the focus of the event into reception rather than a break room.

The Event

We created a 6 hole custom course in orange and black. This has highlighted with colour themed scorecards, leaderboard, golf bag and graphics. This helps the event and mini golf course feel apart of the venue. The event lasted 5 days, with 120 hours consecutive playing time for teams of 4, with a good starting point for sign up with more teams added by the hour.

The Result

The immediate impact made sure that staff of a variety of different roles got to interact and engage in a different way to normal. The leaderboard made sure every team knew who had played, their score and the challenge that lay ahead to win some fantastic prizes.
